In this article, we will take a closer look at the wiki-bio of Chase Landry.

Early Life:

Chase Landry was born on the 25th of April 1989, in Pierre Part, Louisiana. Born to Bernita and Troy Landry, Chase is the youngest son of the pair and is preceded by a brother, Jacob Landry, and step-brother, Brandon Hotard. Born and raised in a family of shrimpers, trappers, fishermen, moss peddlers, lumberjacks, and hunters, it was only natural for Chase to take up the family mantle in gator hunting. His path was made even easier by his brother, Jacob Landry, who mentored Chase along the way. Chase followed his father from a young age and started learning about hunting both crawfish and gators.

Chase Landry Cast of Swamp People

Swamp People:

When Troy was offered a chance to star in the reality TV series, Swamp People, he took both of his sons to the party. While Jacob has made regular appearances in the series from the very first season, Chase did not join the series right from the get-go. He joined the cast on the third season of the show and began working as a deckhand on his brother’s ship. However, as the number of gators grew, Troy took on a massive number of tags and had to split it between his sons. Troy captained Chase and Chase began gator hunting on his own. He was joined by his cousin Holden Landry for the fifth and sixth seasons of the show. Holden left the show for the seventh season but returned for two more seasons. The 11th season saw, Chase set off to the swamp without his cousin by his side.

Troubles with the law:

While Chase has enjoyed massive success ever since he made an appearance on Swamp People, his time on the series has been eventful. In May of 2016, Chase was arrested for shooting a gun at a speeding boat. According to The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, Chase was arrested for the illegal discharge of a weapon after he shot at a speeding boat in Bayou Chene, LA. While Chase defended the incident by saying that had he not shot at the boat, it would have hit his boat and sunk it. While Chase fled from the scene, he was quickly tracked down and was taken to jail. In 2017, Another warrant was issued for Chase after he failed to report to the court.

Personal Life:

While Chase is yet to tie the knot, he is enjoying a happy relationship with his girlfriend, Chelsea Kinsey. The pair have a lovely daughter, Riley Blake Landry, who was born on March 18, 2017.
